Salvo a partir de 14 anos, se na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de menor aprendiz, desde que n\u00e3o interfira em seu hor\u00e1rio de estudo e que a fun\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seja prejudicial \u00e0 sua sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Eliminar toda a pr\u00e1tica de trabalho an\u00e1logo ao escravo ou qualquer outra forma de trabalho ilegal;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>As rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho s\u00e3o volunt\u00e1rias e baseadas no consentimento m\u00fatuo, sem amea\u00e7a de qualquer tipo de penalidade;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e3o haver evid\u00eancias de pr\u00e1ticas indicativas de trabalho for\u00e7ado ou obrigat\u00f3rio, como por exemplo, (viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica e\/ou sexual, reten\u00e7\u00e3o de sal\u00e1rios, incluindo pagamento de taxas, restri\u00e7\u00e3o de mobilidade, reten\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos etc.);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e3o permitir a pr\u00e1tica de ass\u00e9dio moral e\/ou sexual, tanto entre colaboradores de quaisquer n\u00edveis hier\u00e1rquicos, e tamb\u00e9m quanto entre esses e os seus clientes, fornecedores e prestadores de servi\u00e7o;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e3o permitir a pr\u00e1tica ou a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o limitativa ao acesso na rela\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego ou na negativa com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao sexo, origem, ra\u00e7a, cor, condi\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, religi\u00e3o, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, estado civil, idade, bem como implementar esfor\u00e7os nesse sentido junto aos seus clientes, fornecedores e prestadores de servi\u00e7o;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e3o permitir que o colaborador seja colocado em desvantagem, perseguido injustamente, nem exclu\u00eddo, por causa de sua ra\u00e7a, cor, nacionalidade, descend\u00eancia, religi\u00e3o, sexo, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, condi\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica ou apar\u00eancia;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Respeitar os direitos dos colaboradores de se envolverem em atividades legais relacionadas \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o, associa\u00e7\u00e3o ou assist\u00eancia \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhadores ou a abster-se de fazer o mesmo, e n\u00e3o discriminar ou punir os colaboradores pelo exerc\u00edcio desses direitos;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Respeitar a livre associa\u00e7\u00e3o e o direito efetivo \u00e0 negocia\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva e os diferentes pontos de vista, valorizando a conversa franca e aberta com os sindicatos, associa\u00e7\u00f5es de classe e colaboradores;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sempre negociar com organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalhadores legalmente estabelecidas e\/ou representantes devidamente selecionados de boa-f\u00e9, com os melhores esfor\u00e7os para alcan\u00e7ar um acordo de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c3f513 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5c3f513\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ac3c77 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"8ac3c77\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsabilidade Social A Neomundi, em atendimento as normas legais, informa que: N\u00e3o contratar \/ utilizar trabalho infantil, e nem menores de 18 anos.
